1. 30-Day Return Guaranty
We offer a 30-day return window from the date of delivery, under the following conditions:
- The item must be returned in the same condition as received
- The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs
- The return must be requested within 30 days of receiving the item
We strongly encourage you to review all photos and descriptions carefully before purchase. If you have any questions about an item, feel free to contact us prior to checkout.
2. Important Notes on Antique & Vintage Items
All items sold by Ancestral Antiques are vintage or antique and may show natural signs of age, patina, or wear. These characteristics are part of the authenticity and charm of older pieces and are not considered faults.
Returns will not be accepted for:
- Minor signs of age typical of vintage or antique condition
- Buyer’s change of mind beyond the 30-day return period
- Custom orders or personalised requests
3. Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your item arrives damaged or significantly different from the description:
- Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery
- Include clear photographs of the item and packaging
- We will arrange a return, refund, or replacement where applicable
We do not accept liability for damage caused after delivery (e.g. from improper handling or cleaning).
4. International Orders
We ship worldwide and accept returns from international buyers under the same 30-day conditions.
Please note:
- Return shipping and any customs fees are the buyer’s responsibility
- Refunds will be issued upon safe return of the item in original condition
